Founder, Crime Analyst
Thomas Ballard is a crime analyst for the University of Chicago Crime Lab, where he works with police departments, hospitals, and other government agencies and non-profits to help understand and reduce crime.
He founded City Watch with the hopes of bringing expert data analysis and tools to departments across the country.​​
